Permitting Process
At Hofmann Design Group, Inc., one of the essential services we provide for most projects is ensuring that the permitting process is handled thoroughly and accurately so projects receive approval and construction can proceed smoothly. Our permit specialist, Kelly, has been managing this critical process for over 20 years, building strong, respectful relationships with counties and their various departments.
With a deep understanding of each county’s unique requirements, Kelly oversees the entire permitting process—from preparing, signing, sealing, and submitting the necessary drawings to tracking applications daily, coordinating comments and responses, ensuring all codes are properly addressed, and collaborating with owners, tenants, engineers, and contractors—through to obtaining and issuing the final approved permit.
